The importance of LinkedIn is nowadays highlighted everywhere. It seems like no matter where you go every employer branding specialist, HR professional and managers are using LinkedIn to find headhunt new employees.
When I joined LinkedIn years ago, it felt like everyone had a profile in LinkedIn, but no one really used it that much. Since then, the use of LinkedIn has changed a lot, and a lot of my connections are very active on the platform, and they post, share and comment things constantly.
I believe in the future LinkedIn will me even more significant and managers will find more potential employees there. Just existing in LinkedIn is not enough though, in order to be noticed people have to be active and share their thoughts.
